Eight party coalition meeting postponed

05 March, Kathmandu: The eight-party coalition has postponed the meeting of parliamentarians scheduled for March 11.

Congress General Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel informed that due to the code of conduct implemented by the Election Commission, the gathering of MPs was stopped.

A joint meeting of federal and state MPs was called by eight parties on the day before the presidential election. According to the Election Commission, the Code of Conduct will be applicable from March 11 to 18.

According to the decision made by the eight-party working group, the MPs of the Federal Provinces have been oriented separately. Federal MPs on Thursday and state MPs on Friday were oriented by top-level leaders.
